Common pricing questions
What if I have multiple tests in one order?
Still ₦200. The fee is per order, not per test. A single patient visit with 10 tests in one order costs ₦200 total.
What is the minimum top up?
₦1,000. That covers 5 orders. You can load more any time, in any amount.
Do my funds expire?
Never. Once funds are in your wallet, they stay there until you place orders.
What if my wallet runs out?
You can keep going on credit for up to 5 more orders (₦1,000 max debt). Your next top up automatically clears the debt before crediting your balance.
Are refunds available?
Yes. Admin initiated refunds are issued as wallet credit, not back to your card. The credit can be used for future orders.
